A Resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute and attest to a sole source purchase and installation of two (2) Flygt pumps and associated control panel with Electric Pump for the Rock River Lift Station and authorizing the Director of Utilities to execute any necessary documents for the purchase of said equipment in the amount of $76,553.
