Resolutions
1. Council Bill/Resolution 1210-2021
A Resolutions authorizing approval of Change Order No. 1 and Final with Fischer Excavating, Inc., for Project #1354, 2021 Lead Water Service Replacements, for the amount of $6,715.04. This was included in the approved 2021 budget.
2. Council Bill/Resolution 1211-2021
A Resolution authorizing approval of Change Order No. 1 and Final with Walter D. Laud, Inc., for Project #1345, 49th Street, N. of 12th Avenue, for the amount of $26,017.33. This was included in the approved 2021 budget.
3. Council Bill/Resolution 1212-2021
A Resolution authorizing approval of Change Order No. 1 and Final with Five Cities Construction Company, for Project #1359, Retaining Wall Removal on 53rd Street at Jane Addams School, for the amount of $2,154. This was included in the approved 2021 budget.
4. Council Bill/Resolution 1213-2021
A Resolution authorizing approval of Change Order No. 1 and Final with Walter D. Laud, Inc., for Motor Fuel Tax (MFT) Section 21-00280-00-RP, 11th Ave C, 52nd Street Court to 54th Street, for the amount of $51,588.14. This was included in the approved 2021 budget.
5. Council Bill/Resolution 1214-2021
A Resolution authorizing approval of Change Order No. 1 and Final with Five Cities Construction Company, for Project #1350, 6th Street Reconstruction, 4th Avenue to Railroad Avenue, for the amount of $14,793.35. This was included in the approved 2021 budget.
6. Council Bill/Resolution 1215-2021
A Resolution amending Budget Resolution No. 1148-2020, by authorizing various changes to line items in the FY 2021 Budget; and authorizing the Finance Director to do all things necessary to complete said changes.
7. Council Bill/Resolution 1216-2021
A Resolution approving a contract with Economy Roofing Inc., for replacement of the Riverside Mausoleum roof for the amount of $116,200; and ratifying all prior actions of the Mayor, City Clerk and Parks and Recreation Director in executing the Contract due to exigency of circumstance.
