The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Esther Joy King, Esther for Congress, refunded $2,900 to Philip Purcell on March 8, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution to political committees (other than Super PACs and Hybrid PACs) from an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Esther for Congress has refunded $35,896 total since Oct. 1, 2020.
