The Regular Council of the City of Geneseo was called to order at 6:00 PM, in the Council Chambers, with the following members present:

COUNCIL PRESENT: Council Bob James, Council Brett Barnhart, Council Craig Arnold, Mayor Sean Johnson, Council Martin Rothschild, Council Robert Wachtel, Council Paula Simosky, and Council Keith Kennett

COUNCIL ABSENT: Council Douglas Crow

STAFF PRESENT: Director of Finance Jamie Matthews, City Administrator Brandon Maeglin, Director of IT Garrett Griswold, Attorney Derke Price, Chief of Police Casey Disterhoft, and Building Inspector Rick Mills

4.1. Consideration of Resolution R-22-04 - Appointment of Acting City Clerk Brett Barnhart moved, seconded by Robert Wachtel, Motion to approve resolution R-22-04 appointing Jessica Damewood as Acting City Clerk.

Interim CA Brandon Maeglin wanted to remind the council members and the public that packets are available at City Hall for pick up for the municipal election on June 28th, 2022.

Former City Administrator Jo Hollenkamp- Thanked the council for the job that they do and related her appreciation to all of the staff.

Pastor Steve Palm- Questioned the council on what the city can do to help with abandoned building through out the city. He related that he has noticed many throughout the city.
