City of Moline Library Gardens Steering Committee met May 11.

Call to Order
Board President, Diane Sommers, called the meeting to order at 11:00am in the Library Silver/Bronze Room.
Review of Design Concepts provided by Shive Hattery
Discussion on the three design concepts provided by Shive Hattery. The committee agreed the preferred design was concept number two. Likes and dislikes of the preferred concept were shared. The committee is requesting clarification on a few items including fencing, parking, hardscape maintenance, entries and seating. Lear will share this information with Shive Hattery. After clarification and feedback Shive Hattery will put the preferred concept into their computer aided design (CAD) software to help build a 3D model with the hopes to share with the entire Library Board at the June meeting.
