City of Aledo City Council will meet Feb. 20.

Here is the agenda provided by the council:

IV. Consent Agenda: (Note: Items listed under Consent Agenda are considered to be routine in nature and will be acted upon by one motion and one vote. If separate action on any particular item is desired, the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered separately.)

A. Approval of Minutes of the Regular Meeting of February 05, 2024.

B. Approval of Finance: Invoice Listing – AP03.

C. Approval of a Road Closure request for Fenton Park Road on Thursday, April 18th from 7:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. for an Operation Prom Crash Re-Enactment.

V. Public Comment: (Note: Each Speaker shall confine comments to five (5) minutes or less, restrict remarks to matters relevant to the governance of the City, avoid repetitious statements and refrain from vulgar or otherwise inappropriate language or references.

VI. Action Items:

A. Resolution No. 07R, Series of 2024; Accepting Bid and Awarding Contract for 2nd Avenue and 2nd Street, City Parking Lot Streetscape Project in the amount of $3,077,258.30 to Centennial Contractors.

B. Resolution No. 08R, Series of 2023; Approving Proposal for Santiary Sewer Main Cleaning and Inspection in the amount not to exceed $11,500.00.
