There were 18 multiracial students enrolled in Mercer County County schools in the 2021-22 school year, according to the Illinois State Board of Education report.

Data showed that multiracial students made up 0.9% of the 1,956 students during the 2021-22 school year. They were the least represented ethnicity in the county schools.

Among the eight schools in Mercer County County, Apollo Elementary School recorded the highest enrollment of multiracial students in 2021-22 school year, with a total of 18 students.
