A free senior and veterans' fair will be held in Macomb on Monday morning. The event, organized by State Representative Norine Hammond of Macomb, Spoon River College Community Outreach, Western Illinois Home Health Care, and McDonough District Hospital, aims to provide valuable information and resources for seniors and veterans.
The fair will take place at the Spoon River College Community Center, located at 2500 E. Jackson Street in Macomb, from 9 a.m. until noon. Attendees can benefit from free health screenings and obtain information from various senior service agencies operating at the state, county, and local levels.
Refreshments will be available, and participants will have the opportunity to discuss their concerns about state government with their legislators.
