1. Approval of the February 26, 2025 Meeting Minutes
2. Approval of the April 23, 2025 Meeting Minutes
3. Consideration of a Special Event Application for the Quad City Times Bix 7 to utilize (to be determined) sidewalks and the bike path for their John Deere Shakeout Run. This event is scheduled to be held Friday, July 25, 2025 from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. (this includes set-up and clean-up time). Supporting information and special consideration requests are detailed in the Special Event Application.
4. Consideration of a Special Event Application for the LULAC Club to utilize River Drive from the 4800 block of River Drive to 55th Street. This event is scheduled to be held Sunday, September 14, 2025 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (this includes set-up and clean-up time). Supporting information and special consideration requests are detailed in the Special Event Application.
