The QC Fall Success Job Fair is scheduled for Thursday, November 13, 2025, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The event will feature more than 100 employers and community resource organizations on site. Attendees can expect thousands of job openings across various industries.

Organizers have arranged for on-the-spot interviews and networking opportunities at the fair. Support services such as resume building, mock interviews, and job search strategies will also be available to participants.

Last year’s event attracted over 400 attendees, and organizers anticipate an even larger turnout this year. The fair aims to provide resources for those seeking new career paths, re-entering the workforce, or exploring training options.

Swanson, a Republican, was elected to the Illinois State House in 2023 to represent the state's 71st House District, replacing previous state representative Donald L. Moffitt.
