WIU's human management program is being held at its Quad Cities campus.
Western Illinois University's Quad Cities (WIU-QC) campus will offer a six-part certificate program in human resources management, beginning March 11.
The classes will cover a range of human resource management topics, including human resource management basics on March 11; recruitment and selection on March 25; employee performance management on April 15; compensation and benefits on May 6; employee engagement and retention May 20; and labor and employment law on June 3.
The courses cost $275 each or $1,450 for the full six-part series. Registration is required approximately one week in advance of each class, although exact dates vary. Prospective students can register online at the university's website.
All classes are held at WIU-QC from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
