City of Silvis Finance Committee met October 26.
Here is the minutes provided by the Committee:
Alderman Rick Lohse called the meeting to order at 4:00 pm and informed Committee members the reason for the meeting was to adopt the recommended Continuing disclosure post issuance compliance procedures for the issuance of debt obligations. The City Clerk, Treasurer and the Accountant of the issuer of the Bonds will be the responsible for ongoing compliance shall include, but not limited to, reporting to “EMMA” and “MSRB'. Clerk Nelson reported that we needed to have these in place in order to be able to be able to have the Bond sale.
It was the recommendation of the Finance Committee to move the adopting “Silvis Continuing Disclosure Post Issuance Compliance Procedures” to the Consent Agenda for 7 November 2017
There were no other agenda items the meeting adjourned at 4:10 pm.
