Mr. DeSilva would like to change the name of the owner from his friend Maria Rangel to Mr. DeSilva. Alderman York asked what the difference is if Mr. DeSilva just applied for a new license. Clerk Nelson noted that the ultimate licensing agent is the Illinois Secretary of State and if the owner stays within the limits of the law he should be allowed an opportunity to maintain the business. Alderman Lohse noted that at this time there are 7-Gold Key, Weber, the dealership at 5th Street & 1° Avenue, Jesses, Cheap Cars, Fernell and Nino's. Alderman Lohse noted that he felt this would be alright.
