Bustos wins 17th Congressional District race

Democrat Cheri Bustos has been declared the winner in the 17th Congressional District against Republican William Fawell.

With 100 percent of the precincts reporting, Bustos had 62 percent of the vote with a total of 139,461 votes.

Fawell received 38 percent of the vote with a total of 86,218 votes.
