Old Business: Second Read of Ordinance No. 2019-01-01 An Ordinance amending the rates for services rendered by the Village of Andalusia Water Department.

New Business: A Representative for the Preservation of the Historic 1896 RI County Courthouse will be present.

Recommendation to approve the purchase of a used JD 301A tractor for $6200 to help with mowing and running the flood pumps.
