City of Geneseo Council met Feb. 12.

VI. Public Comment – City Ordinance allows members of the Public to speak and give input up

c. Resolution R-19-02 A Resolution Setting Net Metering Distribution Utilization

a. Consideration to approve Ordinance O-19-01 An Ordinance Adopting Sections 90.50-

90.66 Concerning the Keeping of Chickens.

c. Consideration to approve Resolution R-19-03 A Resolution Approving the Bid for the

Sale of the Property Located at 108 South Oakwood Avenue from Pan-O-Ply Design Studio in the amount of $20,000.00.

e. Consideration to approve an agreement with IMEG for Geotechnical Engineering Service in an amount not to exceed $6,250.00.
