Q4 2018 Parolees Recap: Who was paroled in zip code 61239?

There was one offender released on parole during the fourth quarter living near Illinois zip code 61239, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by Rock Island Today.

The data shows that the man was released in the Dixon zip code. The 41-year-old parolee wasn't a veteran.

He was sentenced to 21 years in prison for homicide in 2000 when he was 22 years old.
