Q1 2019 Parolees Recap: Who was paroled in zip code 61239?

There was one offender released on parole during the first quarter living near Illinois zip code 61239, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by Rock Island Today.

The data shows that the man was released in the Vandalia zip code. The 24-year-old parolee wasn't a veteran.

He was sentenced to 1 year in prison for a crime against the government in 2018 when he was 23 years old.
