Mayor Kathy Carroll-Duda called the meeting to order at 9:00 am.
Aldermen Brett Barnhart,
Bob Wachtel, Sean Johnson, Martin Rothschild, Craig Arnold, Doug Crow, Paula Simosky and Bob James were present.
Others in attendance included, City Clerk Loree K Phlypo and HR Brandon Maeglin.

Motion by Rothschild, second by Arnold at 9:02 am to move into Executive Session Pursuant to personnel matter pursuant to: 5ILCS 120/2(c)(1)
The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body or legal counsel for the public body, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee of the public body or against legal counsel for the public body to determine its validity.
