a. Gena McCollough with Bi-State Regional Commission will be providing a presentation on services that Bi-State can provide the village as well as answer any questions they may have about the organization.

b. Motion to approve an estimate from Cummins Sales and Service in the amount of $471.64 to replace Hot Start Block Heater at Pump House A.

c. Motion to approve an estimate from Cummins Sales and Service in the amount of $229.10 to replace Battery at Pump House B.

b. 2020 Illinois Tax Increment Association (T.I.F.) Annual Spring Conference being held April 15-17, 2020 at the President Abraham Lincoln Springfield – a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel. – D.C.A.S. Nick Gottwalt will be attending as Village Treasurer.

c. Illinois Municipal League presents the Municipal Regulation of Adult-Use Cannabis Seminar – on May 13, 2020 from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. at the Radisson Hotel in Rockford, Illinois. D.C.A.S. Nick Gottwalt will be attending.

a. Gingerich – Well #2 casing / lining.

b. Informational – Water usage from the water main break on Mansur Avenue on January 26th and the fire at 201 1st Avenue on March 3, 2020. Water usage during the Water Main break to the water tower: Well #1 pumped 188,900 gallons of water from 1/27/2020 at 18:39 to 1/28/2020 at 03:39 – this was probably the water to fill the tower after repair. Well #2 pumped 439,300 gallons of water from 1/25/2020 at 19:45 to 1/26/2020 at 15:45 – this was probably the water lost during the main break. Water usage during the fire at 201 1st Avenue (garage & part of the house): Well #1 pumped 74,200 gallons of water from 3/4/2020 at 16:39 to 3/4/2020 at 22:39.

c. Informational – Received for selling of the scrap listed below $241.60 Receipt #36412 Dated 03/09/2020 check was deposited in Blackhawk Bank & Trust General Fund (Non-Utility Acct). Sold scrap metal signs, metal, guardrails, etc.

2,680# sheet iron $53.60; 400# unprepared steel $16.00; 4,300# unprepared steel $172.00.

11. New Business:

a. Discuss/Motion to approve a temporary change in hours for the Maintenance Department. Village employees Ronald Murphy and Brandt Schultz have put in a change of hours request for March, April & May so that they may assist with coaching baseball for United Township High School. Ronald Murphy has done this since he was hired. This would be the first year that Brandt has also requested the change in hours. Both employees are requesting their hours to be changed from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. during the aforementioned months. (Vote Separately)
