The City of Moline has introduced a new Online Permit Portal, allowing residents and contractors to handle permit applications and payments digitally. The portal aims to streamline the process by enabling users to apply for permits, search for existing records, and pay fees online.
Permits are necessary for a range of projects, including renovations, remodels, additions, new buildings, and work on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Residential projects such as decks, siding, windows, pools, sheds over 120 square feet, and retaining walls over four feet also require permits.
