Motion to recommend to the City Council to approve ordinance #O-20-03 which changes the fiscal year to be the same as the calendar year and to put on this item on the consent agenda.
8.2. Discussion of best practices for cash reserves in the general fund.
No motion if the amount is not to be changed or Motion to recommend to City Council to revise Resolution R-20-01 and maintain three months of cash reserves in the General Fund and to put on the consent agenda.
8.3. Discussion of net metering distribution utilization fee which needs to be adopted annually.
Motion to recommend to City Council Resolution R-20-02 and to put on the consent agenda.
8.4. Discussion of ordinance O-20-04 which amends City Code 92.56 Placement of cleared snow and 92.99 penalty.
Motion to recommend Ordinance O-20-04 to the City Council and to put on the consent agenda.
9. PAYMENT OF CITY AND UTILITY BILLS
9.1. Payment of City bills.
Motion to approve the City bills.
10. PUBLIC COMMENT

11.1. Enter into Executive Session

AND
5 ILCS 120/2(c)(6) The setting of a price for sale or lease of property owned by the public body.
12. DISCUSS EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION AND PROPERTY LEASE
12.1. Discussion of lease with Geneseo Chamber
12.2. Consideration of salary adjustment for employee.
