Hampton Township Board of Trustees met July 7.

The special meeting of the Charter Township of Hampton Board of Trustees was called to order at 10:00 a.m. by the Supervisor in the Boardroom of the Hampton Township Administrative Offices.
The pledge of allegiance was given to the flag.
The invocation was read.
PRESENT: Samyn, Close, DeWyse, Klass, Wright, Wisniewski
ABSENT: Hugo
ALSO PRESENT: none
OPEN TO THE PUBLIC:
No public present to address Board.
SPECIAL MEETING BUSINESS:
Motion by DeWyse seconded by Klass that the retirement notice from Susan Rupp be received effective July 17, 2020. Motion carried.
Motion by Wisniewski seconded by Samyn to move Tara Franz to a fulltime clerical position effective July 14, 2020 and to hire Frances DeWyse as a fulltime clerical worker within the GSA from July 8, 2020 until November 20, 2020 and to waive the probationary period for DeWyse.
AYES: Wisniewski, Samyn, Klass, Wright, Close
NAYS: None
ABSTAIN: DeWyse
Motion carried.

Motion by Wisniewski seconded by Klass that the meeting adjourn. Motion carried.
