1. Council Bill/Resolution 1089-2020
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute Collaboration and Business Associate Agreements between the City of Moline and The Center for Youth and Family Solutions (“CYFS”) setting forth the terms for an interagency collaboration.
2. Council Bill/Resolution 1090-2020
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute and attest to an Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Moline and the Illinois Department of Human Services setting forth the terms for acceptance of a grant award to the Moline Police Department in the amount of $5,280.
3. Council Bill/Resolution 1091-2020
A Resolution authorizing the City Administrator to implement additional purchasing controls and policies during the declared state of emergency.
