Call to Order and Roll Call
Chair Brett Hitchcock called the virtual meeting to order at 4:00 PM.
Approval of the Agenda
Amber Williams moved to approve the agenda forOctober 14, 2020. Jodie Kavensky seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously on a vote of 8 to 0.
Approval of the Previous Meeting Minutes
Dawn Wohlford-Metallo moved to approve the minutes for September 9, 2020. Dawn Joedy Cook seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously on a vote of 8 to 0.

New Business
Rock Island Arts Plan
Dawn Wohlford-Metallo moved to approve the development of an updated Arts Plan and direct staff to develop a timeline for the project. Joedy Cook seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously on a vote of 8 to 0.
ArtSpace Proposal
Carolyn Kreuger moved to table consideration of the ArtSpace Proposal until a new Arts Plan is completed. Amber Williams seconded the motion. The motion was tabled unanimously on a vote of 8 to 0.

Pat Stolley left the meeting just previous to adjournment.
