Village of Carbon Cliff Board of Trustees Met Jan. 19.

1. Call to Order
a. Informational – January 5, 2021 the Village ordered and received 45.4 ton of ice control salt. As a reminder we requested 100 ton for the 2020-21 Winter Season, we are obligated to take at least 80% and we can receive a maximum of 120%. The Village can still receive between 34.6 ton and 74.6 ton before June 1, 2021.
b. Informational – Letter received January 15, 2021 from the IL-EPA regarding Violation Notice No W 2020-00009 (Radium). By February 15, 2015, the Village must submit an Application for Construction Permit, Plans, Specs, Design Summary & Corrosion Control Study to IEPA Permits. (Construction of the Reverse Osmosis Treatment Plant must be started by 11/15/2021)

a. Illinois Association of Floodplain & Stormwater Management Annual Conference. March 10-11, 2021. This conference is scheduled to be a virtual conference. Nick will be attending to keep current with floodplain regulations.
