1. Approve waiving the sewer charges for the resident at 36 Willowhaven due to a water leak
New Business:
1. Approve after payoff of the Bond, Series 2012, on September 1, 2021 transfer all surplus balance remaining in Bond, Series 2012, checking account held at Blackhawk Bank to Operation and Maintenance Depreciation checking account held at Blackhawk Bank for credit to Bond, Series 2019, cash account 530-000-1041. Approximate surplus balance $77,000
2. Approve reallocation of $3 to Bond, Series 2019, effective September 1, 2021. New Bond Series 2019 utility payment will be $9/month.
3. Approve reallocation of $1 to Water Fund effective September 1, 2021. New water base rate will be $8.75/month.
4. Approve reallocation of $1 to Sewer Fund effective September 1, 2021. New sewer base rate will be $8.35/month
5. Approve reallocation of $1 to Waste Fund effective September 1, 2021. New waste utility billing payment will be $12.75/month.
