On Aug. 27, Nate Griggs sold their home at 136 7 St., Silvis to Beatrice Mukankushi and Nkurunziza A. Obedi for $135,000.

The last time this home sold was Nov. 1, 2012. It last sold for $125,000.

So far in August 2021, three properties sold in Silvis.
