1) Call to order and roll call

2) Approve minutes from the September 9, 2021 Budget Committee Meeting

3) County Administrator Memo & Proposed ARPA Spending Request

4) Review Highway Departments non-union salary compression request for FY22

5) Review County Clerk’s Office Manager’s non-union salary compression request for FY22

6) Review Circuit Clerk’s revised FY22 operating budget request

7) Review Circuit Court’s revised FY22 operating budget request and non-union salary compression request for FY22

8) Review Public Defender’s Office FY22 supplemental FY22 budget request and non-union salary comparable request for FY22

9) Review County Administrator’s request to fund 10% of Administration and Auditor’s departments GF salary expense with ARPA funds

10) Review request by Coroner’s ARPA fund request for FY21-22 and reimbursement of Fund 101 Coroner’s fee fund - $45,000 for purchase of vehicle earlier in FY21

11) FY22 GF Budget request for former courthouse recordation

12) FY22 GF Budget request for QC Chamber of Commerce Dues

13) Review request for $5000 annual funding for Q2020 (our share of Big 7)

14) Review and consider 2021 tax levy payable in 2022

15) Review of Budget Schedules – April Palmer

• A (2020 audited numbers)

• B (2021 projected revenue)

• C (2021 projected expenses)

16) Review of previously presented departmental budgets

17) Review of updated proposed FY22 budget worksheets

18) Committee vote to recommend proposed 2021 Tax Levy & FY22 Budget be forwarded to the Board for consideration

19) Consider a Closed Session for the following: 5 ILCS 120/2(c) (1) – The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body or legal counsel for the public body, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee of the public body or against legal counsel for the public body to determine its validity.

20) Consider Action as necessary based on Closed Session

21) Setting next budget committee date and time

22) Committee member opportunity for brief comments (no action can or will be taken based on any comments from committee members but the matter might be placed on a future agenda for consideration)

23) Adjourn
