Motion to approve the appointment of Paige Seibel to the position of Acting City Clerk 

13.2. Approval of the farm lease agreement with the Geneseo FFA Chapter

Motion to approve the farm ground lease with the Geneseo Chapter of the FFA. 

13.3. Approval of IMEG Engineering Proposals Addressing Water Retention Options and Geneseo Creek Cleanup Options

Motion to approve the IMEG proposal for engineering services for water retention for $157,000 to be paid out of TIF Route 6, and TIF Route 82/Commercial, subject to future reapportionment of costs based upon benefit. 

13.4. Approval of the Purchase of a Police Department Gator

Motion to approve R-22-10, a resolution authorizing the purchase of a 2022 John Deere Gator using grant funds received from the Geneseo Foundation. 

13.5. Well #26 Failure - Emergency Need

14. PAYMENT OF CITY AND UTILITY BILLS

14.1. Approval of City bills

Motion to approve the City Bills as presented.
