The Committee of the Whole of the City of Geneseo was called to order at 6:00 PM, in the Council Chambers, with the following members present:
COUNCIL PRESENT: Council Bob James, Council Craig Arnold, Mayor Sean Johnson, Council Robert Wachtel, and Council Paula Simosky
COUNCIL ABSENT: Council Brett Barnhart, Council Douglas Crow, Council Martin Rothschild, and Council Keith Kennett

Alderman Arnold related his and Alderman Kennett's discussion about a welcome sign on Illinois Highway 82.
