Motion to approve the 2021 Fiscal Year Audit as presented.

13.2. Win Stoller Lease Agreement

Motion to approve renewal of the office space lease with Senator Stoller through the end of 2022 for $250/month, with a clause for the lease to be automatically extended through June of 2023 upon the Senator's successful re-election.

13.3. R-22-13: Appointments to City Boards

Motion to approve R-22-13, a resolution approving the appointment of Jerica Minton to the Police Pension Board, Jim Schmedding to the Zoning Board, and Rhonda Ludwig and Joe Bedford to the Planning Commission Board.

14. PAYMENT OF CITY AND UTILITY BILLS

14.1. Approval of City bills

Motion to approve the City Bills as presented.

15. PUBLIC COMMENT - ALL OTHER ITEMS

16. MOVE INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION

16.1. Move into Executive Session

Motion to move into executive session per:

5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1) The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body or legal council for the public body, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee of the public body or against legal counsel for the public body to determine its validity.

5 ILCS 120/2(c)(2) Collective negotiating matters between the public body and its employees or their representatives, or deliberations concerning salary schedules of one or more classes of employees.

18. ACTIONS AFTER EXECUTIVE SESSION

18.1. Possible approval of union contract agreements with the FOP - Officers, Sergeants & Telecommunicators & IBEW - Electric & Street/Cemetery Employees

Motion to approve the negotiated collective bargaining agreements between the City and the FOP, IBEW- Electric, and IBEW

Street/Cemetery units, for a contract term of 07/01/2022 - 12/31/2024.
