Call to Order and Roll Call
Vice Chair Carolyn Krueger called the meeting to order at 5:30 PM.
Approval of the Agenda
Jodie Kavensky moved to amend the agenda for June 8, 2022 by adding a discussion about placing the sculpture “Moon Shadow” on a pedestal, and adding a discussion about where the sculpture “Invitation” might be relocated when the downtown parking ramp is demo-ed. Carolyn Krueger seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously on a vote of 5 to 0.
Approval of the Previous Meeting Minutes
Amber Williams moved to approve the minutes for June 8, 2022. Jodie Kavensky seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously on a vote of 5 to 0.

Vote on using Art Meter donations to purchase Artist Market T-shirts, then sell them and put the profit back into the Arts Advisory Commission Revenue Account.
Joedy Kavensky moved to approve using Art Meter donations to purchase Artist Market T-shirts and sell them, with the profit going back into the Arts Advisory Revenue Account. Joedy Cook seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously on a vote of 5 to 0
Discussion on Placing “Moon Shadow” on a Pedestal
Kathy Douglass reminded the commission that the material cost of concrete would make it difficult for the commission to pay for constructing a pedestal.
Discussion on Where to Relocate the sculpture “Invitation”
Members of the commission discussed several possible locations for “Invitation”. Most agreed that a park would be a suitable place.

The commission discussed possible canidates for membership in the Arts Commission

Vice Chair Carolyn Krueger asked for a motion to adjourn. Jodie Kavensky and Joedy Cook moved to adjourn. Amber Williams seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously on a vote of 5 to 0 at 6:00 PM.
