Old Business:
1. Approve budget amendment, TIF III, for the purchase of property at 713 1st Street. Budget amendment as follows: Land/Property Purchase 127-125-4900, original budget zero, amended budget $95,000, to be paid with cash on hand TIF III fund
2. Approve Alderman Debara Shady-Dahl as an authorized signer for all City of Colona bank accounts
3. Approve City credit card, through Blackhawk Bank, with a credit limit of $5,000, for Acting Mayor Mick Painter
4. Open and selection of sealed bids for tree removal at Colona Scott Family Park
5. Approve budget amendment for tree removal at Colona Scott Family Park, consistent with bid selection. Budget amendment as follows: Improvements 140- 440-4920, original budget $40,000, increase consistent with bid selection, to be paid with cash on hand in the Colona Scott Family Park Fund.
6. Approve budget amendments in reference to the City of Moline taking over operations of the Wastewater Treatment Plant on October 3, 2022. Please see budget amendments attached.
7. Approve Car Show/Halloween event, to be held at the Hennepin Canal, on Sunday, October 23, 2022, 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. This event will be held by Jason Britton of Multimedia and will be a free, no alcohol, family fun event.
New Business:
1. Approve waiving two cabin rental fees, for two nights, for Hennepin 100 race directors, September 30th and October 1st. Rental fees to be waived, $110 per cabin per night; total rental fees waived $440.
2. Approve budget amendment for the purchase of a Western 8’6” Pro Plus Snowplow, for new F-350 Dump Truck, in the amount of $10,983.75. Budget amendment as follows: Vehicles 100-105-4930, original budget $70,000, amended budget $80,984, to be paid with cash on hand in General Fund. Closed Session:
