APPROVAL OF MINUTES: 

1. Approve council meeting minutes of May 8, 2023 

2. Approve special council meeting minutes of May 12, 2023 

CONSENT AGENDA: 

1. Approve payment of bills for the period May 9-22, 2023

7. Approve finalizing the draft contract between the City and Strand Associates, Inc.  for the phosphorus project at the waste water treatment plant 

8. Discuss/Approve City donation to Colona School District community picnic in  June (see attached email) 

9. Discuss/Approve Mayor proceeding with contacting IMEG to investigate needed  repair at WWTP sludge building; cost estimate and contract service - bids, specs and inspection 

10. Discuss/Approve out-fail access to river at WWTP, may need IMEG involved,  cost estimate and plan 

11. Discuss/Approve WWTP wet well clean-up - can use Moline - need to get a 

price from Moline authority to Mayor to proceed 

12. Discuss moving forward with update of Comprehensive Plan - 12-18 month  process - getting cost estimate – in contact with Bi-State setting up meeting the first part of June with the Mayor and Commission Chair - proposed allocation of funds from GF and TIFS,
