Consent Agenda:

1. Approve payment of bills for the period June 13 - June 26, 2023

2. Approve payroll for the period June 11 - June 25, 2023

3. Approve Treasure's Vender Report

4. Approve minutes for Council meeting June 12, 2023

Clerk's Report: Wednesday before meeting 12 noon.(total of 6 pages)

Old Business:

1. Alderman Jones brought up CPR training for all City employees, Staff, and Seasonal. Has any Department Heads asked any employee's if they would participate in the training? Alderman Jones would like to let Kate Meeker know so they can decide on class size and times, this is a free training.

2. Alderman Jones would like to answer the people who want The Ordinance 5 - 4B-2 changed to allow Chickens. With rules, of course, some residents thought it was voted on and passed last meeting. Possible vote for or against just to settle the matter.

New Business:

1. Brett Swanson would like consent from the council to shut down road to Celebrate 1 year Anniversary of Swanny's at 531 Maple Street. Brett to be here to answer any questions about road (s) to be shut down and hours etc.

2. Approve Ordinance 0-23-08 Ordinance Amending Title 1 Administration, Chapter 6 Aldermanic Council, Section 1-6-2: Meeting, Paragraph A; and Section 1-6-4: Committees of Colona, Henry County, Illinois

3. Approve Ordinance 0-23-09 Approving A Redevelopment Agreement By and Between The City of Colona, Henry County, Illinois and Jennifer M. Fecht, d/b/a Midwest Massage Therapy & Wellness Center
