City of Geneseo Committee of the Whole met Jan. 23.

4.1. Election of Mayor Pro Tem for Tonight's Meeting.

Motion to elect Keith Kennett as Mayor Pro Tem for the 01/23/24 Committee of the Whole Meeting.

5. PUBLIC COMMENT - AGENDA ITEMS

City Ordinance allows members of the Public to speak and give input up to 3 minutes during Public Comment, there can be no debate or action by the City Council at this time.

Motion to recommend to the City Council R-24-01 & R-24-02, approving specific carry over expenses from fiscal year 23 to 24 for Public Works and Electric and to place on the consent agenda.

9.3. Mural at Richmond Hill Park

Motion to direct staff to bring back a proposed contract with the Geneseo Chamber of Commerce to the City Council Meeting for the placement of a mural at Richmond Hill Park.

9.4. R-24-03: 5th Water Well Construction - Waiver of Competitive Bidding

Motion to recommend R-24-03 to the City Council Meeting and to place on the consent agenda.

10. PAYMENT OF CITY AND UTILITY BILLS

10.1. Payment of the Bills.

Motion to pay the bills as presented.

11. PUBLIC COMMENT - ALL OTHER ITEMS

City Ordinance allows members of the Public to speak and give input up to  

Council at this time.

12. ADJOURNMENT
