City of East Moline Plan Commission met Feb. 27.

ROLL CALL:  Open Public Hearing 

1) The Quarter Subdivision No. 4 – Final Plat & PUD Plan (Resolution PC‐2024‐01): 

The East Moline Plan Commission has received a request from B & L Development at the Quarter, LLC to hold a public hearing for the purpose of considering a Final Plat and PUD Plan for a residential development on the property described as a re‐subdivision of Lots 5A and 5B of the Quarter Addition, within the City of East Moline, County of Rock Island, Illinois.  Said property is generally located on the east side of Beacon Harbor Parkway near the north end of the street, in the City of East Moline, Illinois.   The property is part of the southeast quarter of Section 21, Township 18 N, Range 1 W of the 4th Principal Meridian in the City of East Moline County Rock Island, State of Illinois, and it is generally located on the west side of the John Deere Harvester Works Plant along the east bank of the Mississippi River. 

The subject property is zoned P.U.D. (Planned Unit Development District) and was initially part of the original The Quarter development.  The developer is proposing shared‐wall single family residences for this subdivision.
