8.1. O-24-02: Right-Of-Way Opening Permit Amendments

Motion to recommend the approval of O-24-02 to the City Council Meeting and to place on the consent agenda.

8.2. Consideration of State Street Christmas Tree Purchase

Motion to recommend to the Special City Council Meeting approval of the purchase from Downtown Decorations in the amount of $36,178.00 for a Christmas Tree and Ornament Package, coming from the Hotel/Motel Fund.

8.3. Senator Stoller Lease Agreement

Motion to recommend to City Council the renewal of the office space lease with Senator Win Stoller through 01/08/25 for $280.00 per month and to place on the consent agenda.

9. PAYMENT OF CITY AND UTILITY BILLS

9.1. Payment of Bills

Motion to approve the bills as presented.

10. PUBLIC COMMENT - ALL OTHER ITEMS
