Motion to recommend to City Council the facade grant application from Emmerson Excavating for up to $10,000 in facade grant funding, and to place on the consent agenda.
Motion to recommend O-24-07 to the City Council Meeting for approval and to place on the consent agenda.

Motion to pay the bills as presented.
