Chairwoman Enburg called the Governance, Health & Administration to order at 10:00am

County Clerk Karen Kinney gave vital records report. And a report on the next election, the consolidated primary will be February 25th, 2025. Which will be pretty much just Silvis and Moline Township The Consolidated Municipal election will be April 1, 2025.
County Administrator Jim Grafton reported on the Funds needed for the Rock Island County Soil County

Porter McNeil reported that the session of the Illinois House and Senate were sworn in on January 8th and Bills are being introduced and the challenge is going to be the budget and it’s $3B deficit. The Top 3 issues will be budget, budget, budget.
