D. Resolution No. 21R, Series of 2025; Approving a Local Public Agency Engineering Services Agreement for Phase III Engineering for SW/NW 9th Avenue Multi-Use Pathway.

E. Resolution No. 22R, Series of 2025; Authorizing the Execution of a Retainer Agreement with Milberg Coleman Bryson Phillips Grossman, LLC and Napoli Shkolnik, PLLC for Legal Representation in PFAS Related Litigation.
