c. Approve Resolution [R-25-42]; a resolution of the City of Colona in support of the Illinois America250 Commemoration

d. Approve Resolution [R-25-43]; waiving the formal bid process; authorizing a budget amendment and approving an agreement with Schutt’s Roofing Inc. totaling $18,175.00 to replace the Sludge building roof

e. Approve Resolution [R-25-44]; authorizing a budget amendment to the FY 2025–2026 City budget for non-union wage increases and for increases associated with the tentative agreement between the City and Teamsters Local Union #371

f. Approve Resolution [R-25-45]; authorizing a budget amendment to increase overtime line items in the Administration and Police Department budgets for FY 2025-2026.
