9.3 A Resolution declaring the property located at 4108 5th Avenue, Moline, Illinois (“Property”), as surplus; authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute and attest to a Purchase and Sale Agreement and do all things necessary to convey the above-referenced City-owned Property to McKinley Lofts, LLC; and authorizing the City Attorney and staff to do all things necessary to complete each of the City’s responsibilities and enforce each of the City’s expected benefits as referred to in such Agreement.
9.4 A Resolution establishing a time and place for a Public Hearing to consider the Redevelopment Plan and Project for the 2025 Amendment to the TIF 13 (Moline Centre) Redevelopment Project Area.
