The Milan-Blackhawk Area Public Library District plans to discuss service options at its April 4 meeting.
The Milan-Blackhawk Area Public Library District Committee (MBAPLD) will meet April 4 at the Southwest Branch Library to discuss the library district's service options.
The MBAPLD is a library that exists through contracted service. While not having a physical branch or a collection of its own, MBAPLD serves customers in the Milan-Blackhawk area by providing access to the Rock Island Public Library catalog.
Phyllis Harvey will facilitate the discussion.
Elizabeth Bouslough, Linda Ryden, Colleen Massey, Sally Vetter, Janette Watkins and Donna Abolt-Stone are expected to participate in the discussion, as well.
The meeting is scheduled for 4 p.m. in the Community Room.
The Rock Island Public Library Southwest Branch Library is located at 9010 Ridgewood Road.
