The Rock Island Board of Zoning Appeals met May 11 to hear requests from applicants Calvary Church Quad Cities, Jamie McDonald, Barry Harleben and Rene Guerra.
The meeting was scheduled for 7 p.m. at the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 1528 Third Ave.
