Call to Order - Meeting called to order by President Jim Szymborski. Those in attendance:

REPORTS
Approval of Minutes from meeting on April 26, 2016. Motion to approve by Joe Swan 2nd by Ben Houtekier. Motion carried
Approval of the Treasurer’s Report for April 30, 2016 – May 31, 2016(Ken Boris) – Balance on hand 17,792.97. Special Fund Balance 7,500. Pending Balance 15,723.97. Motion to approve treasurer’s report made by Joe DeBlieck with 2nd by Joe Swan. Motion carried.
