The City of Moline has introduced a new online portal for permit applications, aiming to streamline the process for residents and contractors. The portal allows users to apply for permits, search existing records, and pay fees online.
Permits are required for a range of projects including renovations, remodels, additions, new buildings, as well as work involving electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Residential projects such as decks, siding, windows, pools, sheds over 120 square feet, and retaining walls over four feet also require permits.
