Milan's Ethan Happ, a redshirt sophomore for the University of Wisconsin Badgers basketball team, was recently named to the Big Ten All Tournament team.
On the season, Happ averaged 14 points and a team-leading 9 rebounds and 2.8 assists per game.
Happ went to Rockridge High school, where he was a two-time AP first-team All-State selection and averaged a double-double as a senior, leading the Rockets to a 28-1 record and No. 1 ranking in Class 2A.
In addition to Happ, Wisconsin's Nigel Hayes and Bronson Koenig earned All-Tournament honors, as did Michigan's Zak Irvin and Derrick Walton Jr.
Eighth-seeded Michigan upset No. 2 seed Wisconsin in the 2017 Big Ten Conference Men's Basketball Tournament.
Walton scored 22 points to go along with six rebounds and seven assists in the final. He was named Most Outstanding Player of the tournament.
