Henry County constituents came out for coffee and conversation with Rep. Dan Swanson (R-Woodhull) and Henry County Treasurer Tim Wells at the Atkinson Township Hall on Saturday.
The event was promoted as a chance for area residents to come together and discuss Henry County neighborhoods, and receive an update on the General Assembly from Swanson and on the county from Wells.
The Patrick Henry Club, a conservative organization of Henry County residents, hosted the gathering. In its flier, it called itself "one of the primary ways in which conservative voters in Henry County can stay informed, stay active, and socialize together."
